Beach Body Boxing Blitz

While most of us dread the thought of getting into our bikinis and trunks, iconic British brand Lonsdale has put together some top tips and a fighting fit workout to get your body beach ready!   Sprints. This can be on a running machine or outdoors. Warm up with a gentle jog for 5 minutes then sprint for 20 seconds/rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Punch a bag or workout with a partner and punch pads. Punch continuously for 20 seconds / rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Press ups - 20 seconds / rest 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Skipping - 30 seconds speed skipping / 10 seconds rest. Repeat 5 times. Squat thrusts - 20 seconds / rest 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Back to punching. Continuous jabs for 20 seconds / 10 second rest. Again, repeat 10 times. ...
