Exercise does a lot more than keeping your body fit and healthy – it can actually turn back the clock! Regular workouts have been proven to help your brain, heart, bones and skin all look (and act) younger. Your skin is one of the key areas that benefit most from exercise. Increasing blood flow in any area of the body flushes out toxins and encourages your cells to heal and grow. More blood to the dermis (inner layer of skin) provides a better environment for collagen growth resulting in younger looking skin. Therefore cardiovascular exercises such as boxing circuits or skipping, which encourage blood circulation, can keep your skin healthy and vibrant.
