WHY SKIP FIT? Skipping has been practiced for centuries around the world as part of play or exercise. It is a significant part of a boxers training developing their endurance, coordination and short bursts of speed and power, which are all key skills a boxer must perfect for ultimate fitness and strength. Skipping is great fun and an extremely efficient way for not only boxers, but for anyone who wants to get fit and tone up. It involves approximately 40% upper body and 60% lower body activity, engaging almost all your upper body muscles.
